Recent Promotions

Lanya Larece Promoted to Director, Client Services
Lanya Larece has been promoted to Director, Client Services, Publicis Selling Solutions. Ms. Larece joined Publicis Selling Solutions in July 2005 as an Associate Director with the Client Services Team. Since that time she has successfully managed the launch and ongoing support of several sales team initiatives for Publicis Selling Solutions’ clients. During 2006, Ms. Larece also provided operational support to the Publicis Managed Markets division, which specializes exclusively on managed markets solutions for biopharmaceutical companies. Additionally, Ms. Larece has been involved in a variety of key operational initiatives focused on customer service, process efficiencies and field force effectiveness.

Laurie Foltman Promoted To Manager, Human Resources
Laurie Foltman has been promoted to Manager, Human Resources, Publicis Selling Solutions. Ms. Foltman joined Publicis Selling Solutions in October 2003 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, with responsibility for Home Office Recruiting. Ms. Foltman introduced the Predictive Index®, a dynamic recruiting tool for positions with Publicis Selling Solutions Group and client companies. She also improved human resource processes, overhauled the hiring procedure, and helped sharpen employees’ performance management and presentation skills. Additionally, she has also taken leadership roles in company civic and charitable programs.
“Laurie has been instrumental in identifying and helping to recruit top talent over the past four years, has also designed and implemented numerous developmental programs for corporate and field staff,” said Rick Keefer, Chief Operating Officer of Publicis Selling Solutions Group.
