Karen L. Kelly

Chief Financial Officer, Publicis Selling Solutions Group

Current Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial management of Publicis Selling Solutions, Arista Marketing Associates, Total Learning Concepts and Pharmagistics.

Pharma Background

• Karen began her career with Johnson & Johnson, spending two years with the Dermatological Division of Ortho Pharmaceutical in a marketing finance role, and one year with J&J Internal Audit.

Industry Expertise

• Prior to joining Publicis Selling Solutions, she was the Corporate Controller for Nelson Communications and played a key role in preparing Nelson Communications, Inc. for acquisition. Karen was responsible for the financial integration of several of Nelson's acquired companies, including Arista Marketing Associates and The Medical Phone Company, which were later combined under the Arista brand.
• Karen joined Nelson Communications, Inc. in 1994 and has worked with most of Nelson's healthcare businesses acquired by Publicis in 2001. She has served in a wide range of financial functions at both the corporate and operating company level.
